Chicken breast with mushrooms and cream
the ingredients
4 tender chicken breasts, ( Marinating chicken: cup of balsamic vinegar, Half a cup of olive oil, 2 teaspoons brown sugar, Black pepper ), 3 tablespoons butter, A packet of fresh mushrooms sliced, A quarter cup of balsamic vinegar, A cup of chicken broth, To serve: 4 slices of mozzarella cheese
Cooking method
1- Mix the ingredients for the marinade and put it with the chicken in a bag and keep in the fridge for two hours.
2- After soaking the chicken, heat the grill well and place the breasts for 5 minutes on each side or until they are done.
3- Put the butter in a frying pan on the stove, then add the mushrooms and stir for 5 minutes. Then add the rest of the sauce ingredients and reduce the heat until the sauce thickens.
In serving dishes, put chicken slices, then cheese, then spread the sauce and serve with rice or sauteed vegetables.
